| Hunt Test Judges Seminar- February 5, 2011 |
| - We recently held a Hunt Test Judges Seminar at the Brown Farm. Tom Meyer, AKC was our ring leader for a fun filled day of sharing and learning. The day started out with freezing rain,turning to ice and the interstate closing all before 7 a.m. As it was looking we had a 50-50 chance of canceling the whole thing or risk calling a tow truck. As it turned out, the weather stayed on the warm side and we got through the day in fine style. Maggie and Keith drove up from S.D. the night before on three wheels as they found out on Saturday they were very close to having a wheel fall off their truck from a bad whell bearing. All went well and we are ready for our August hunt test bake. Remember last year with 100+ degrees. » read more |
